Website & Service Terms

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms govern use of the MLS Global website. They do not by themselves create a client engagement. Where MLS Global agrees to provide services, the scope, fees, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and other material conditions will be agreed directly before work begins.

Nature of the service

MLS Global provides private addiction and recovery consultancy, family guidance, treatment navigation, case coordination and recovery support. The precise service depends on the circumstances of each engagement.

MLS Global is not an emergency service and does not represent itself as a hospital, detoxification unit, prescribing service or substitute for emergency, psychiatric or other regulated medical care. Where medical assessment, detoxification, prescribing or another regulated service is required, an appropriately qualified provider should be involved.

No emergency use

Do not use the website or email for an emergency. In the UK, call 999 where there is an immediate risk to life or safety. If you are outside the UK, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Enquiries and engagements

Sending an email or making an enquiry does not oblige MLS Global to accept a case and does not create a professional engagement. MLS Global may decline work that falls outside its scope, capacity or professional boundaries.

Before a paid engagement begins, the client will be given appropriate information about the proposed service, fees or the basis on which fees are calculated, expected costs where reasonably foreseeable, payment arrangements and relevant cancellation or termination provisions.

Third-party providers

MLS Global may identify or coordinate with independent clinicians, treatment centres, transport providers or other professionals. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, those providers remain responsible for their own services, professional decisions, fees and contractual obligations. A recommendation or introduction is not a guarantee of outcome.

Information and decisions

Website material is general information and should not be treated as individual medical, psychiatric or legal advice. Decisions about treatment should be made according to the individual's circumstances and, where appropriate, with suitably qualified professionals.

Confidentiality and communications

MLS Global treats discretion as fundamental. However, ordinary email and internet communications cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send detailed medical records or highly sensitive documents through an initial enquiry unless a suitable method has been agreed.

Fees

MLS Global does not publish a standard public tariff because engagements vary substantially in complexity, duration, location and professional requirements. Pricing or the method used to calculate it will be communicated before a client commits to a paid service.

Website accuracy and availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep website information accurate and current, but the website may be changed, suspended or unavailable without notice. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply control of or responsibility for third-party websites.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to MLS Global and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Any service-specific limitations or responsibilities will be set out transparently in the applicable engagement terms.

Governing arrangements

Service-specific contractual terms, including the applicable governing law and dispute arrangements, will be provided before an engagement where required. Website users should contact info@mlsglobal.co.uk with questions or complaints.
