Additional support when conventional appointments are not enough
Some addiction and relapse situations require more practical coordination, family involvement or continuity than can reasonably be provided within periodic outpatient appointments. MLS Global can provide additional addiction-focused support around the existing professional team.
Areas in which we may assist
Support may include complex addiction and relapse situations, family consultation and guidance, treatment and rehabilitation options, treatment admission coordination, recovery and discharge planning, intensive one-to-one recovery support, support surrounding transitions between treatment and home, and coordination with existing clinicians and treatment providers.
Working alongside existing professionals
A referral to MLS Global does not need to mean replacing the client's existing therapist, psychiatrist, GP or clinical team. Where appropriate and with the client's consent, the role can be limited to the additional addiction-specific support, coordination and continuity required around existing care.
Independent treatment guidance
Where residential or specialist treatment is being considered, options are considered according to the individual's needs and circumstances rather than undisclosed referral incentives.
